No, this is not a posting in Honor of Viagra….it is rather a genuine welcome to old TouLiu resident, and original TouLiu Hasher – Willy a.k.a. Outback Mountaineer. He returns to Touliu around midnight, Thursday, August 30th. Roxy’s will stay open a little later tonight to give appropriate reaction to his arrival.
